It could happen

 I started a blog, Party Together 2020 ... That sounded better than 2024,

but you see, it wasn't " REALISTIC"  

But of course 2024 is feasible because all it takes is to organize some kind of regional

elections, in 2022 ... So it kind of has to be a joint decision between states and the

federal authority as to how to hold these elections.  But if it could be accomplished

then for example Bernie Sanders could run as an Independent ...
